Update issues
I recently bought a software update from this company and let me tell you, it was a total nightmare, eh. They charged me an arm and a leg for it, and I was hoping for at least a little bit of customer service, you know. But when I tried to reach out about some problems with the update, they left me high and dry on their messed up website. It was just awful and a total waste of my time and cash.

Lost SIM, Need Support
So, I was in Colombia last week and I had a bit of a situation - I lost my SIM card and I really needed to grab some cash from an ATM. I had no clue what to do, so I tried messaging my mobile provider for help. But man, I waited for hours on a Sunday and got no response. It was frustrating and kinda scary, being stuck without access to my bank account and all.
