I used to be a regular customer of this company, but lately, I've been really let down by the quality of their products. The ink cartridges I bought were leaking everywhere, and the drums were not working right. I tried to contact customer service for assistance, but they weren't helpful at all and didn't seem to care about what I had to say. I'd suggest checking out a local company for better service and higher quality products.

At first, I was a little unsure about their location and the fact that their phone number wasn't working, but I decided to take a chance and pay with my credit card. The ear buds arrived quickly, just a few days after I ordered them. I reached out to their team for a VAT invoice and got a response right away. While I would have liked the option to talk to someone on the phone, I would definitely use Tech in the Basket again for my next purchase.
