The ordering process was kinda frustrating because the discount info wasn't clearly shown on the screen. I couldn't really tell how much I was saving or spending. It would've been way easier to just look through a catalog and buy it in person.

I recently bought a box from Glossy Box in the UK and was so impressed by all the cool products inside. They were really unique and not like what I usually get in other subscription boxes. There was a little mistake with one item in my box, but the customer service team fixed it right away and were super helpful. It's too bad that Glossy Box is shutting down in the USA because it was a awesome discovery for me, someone who loves trying out new and different beauty products in subscription boxes.

I bought a bunch of chocolates online and was really looking forward to getting them in time for a special event. But, I was super bummed when I didn't get any notification that my order was cancelled because they were out of stock. After waiting a few days, I finally called customer service to see what was up. Turns out, my order got axed without me knowing! That lack of communication was a real letdown, especially from a big company that I thought would have better service.
