I ordered something last Wednesday but it still hasn't shown up by Saturday. I called customer service and they said it's delayed because of the weather. I even paid extra for shipping and they said it won't come until next Wednesday - a whole week later! They really need to sort out their shipping system. I'm not coming back here again with such slow delivery times.

I ordered some hair care and styling products, and I'm happy to say they all arrived in good shape. My hair feels so great after using them, and the smell is just amazing!
