My order was a disaster. I bought something and they sent it back without even telling me. Like, seriously?! They took my money and now I have to wait to see if they'll give it back. I sent emails and now I have to wait until Tuesday for a response. I just hope they give me my money back, that's all I want.

The spot where they kept the bags was perfect, just across the street from Vienna Central Station (Wien Hauptbahnhof). The people working there were super nice and really knew their stuff, which made everything go super smoothly for us. It was such a load off to wander around Vienna without lugging our suitcases with us, and knowing they were safe and sound at the storage spot.
