My first time at CHATTERS in the Tanger outlets in Kanata was amazing! Right from when I walked in, I was greeted warmly and felt right at home. The best part was meeting my hairstylist, Jessica. She squeezed me in due to a cancellation and I couldn't have been happier. Jessica totally got what I was going for and did a fantastic job with my highlights and trim. Her skills, friendliness, and sense of humor made the whole thing so much fun. I left feeling great about my new look and I'll definitely be back soon.

The customer service from the staff was really great. They got back to me right away and were super friendly. The Mat towels were a bit expensive in my opinion, so that's why I gave it 4 stars. Also, there was a little problem with some items not showing as out of stock when I bought them, but then I got an email saying they actually were out of stock. It was a bit annoying, but I think it's important to be honest in my review.
