I got a new putter from here, but when it showed up, it was clearly used! Seriously, that's not cool. I kept requesting an order sheet or a receipt, but they never provided one. So sketchy. I definitely won't be ordering anything new from them again, no way.

To be honest, I feel like this whole "ethical practices" thing is just a way to attract customers. I mean, sure, they do give some money to Save the Elephants, but in the end, they are still a company trying to make money. And let's talk about the quality of their products - I've purchased a few items from them and they're honestly nothing special. The designs are nice, I'll admit that, but the materials are just average. On top of that, the prices are way too high for what you're getting. I'd rather donate directly to a charity than support a company that's using elephants as a marketing tool.

I got these 7 nail polishes because the website claimed they last for a whole week. I was careful to clean my nails well and applied all the right coats, but they chipped after just one day! It's so frustrating, do they not understand that us gals have things to do? And I can't even return them because you have to ship them back, and they don't accept nail polish. What a waste of money!
