I just bought some skincare stuff from Better Skin Co. and I gotta say, I'm really impressed with how well they work. They're gentle on my skin but really helped with my specific skin issues. I picked up this serum blush, and let me tell you, it's soooooo gorgeous! But, like, the dropper totally wasn't working properly. So I sent them an email, eh, but they never got back to me! So rude, eh. Plus, it was way too pricey for such a tiny bottle. And when I went to leave a review on their site, it, like, disappeared! Not cool, man.

Tried to book a car and the website kept messing up, saying my reservation couldn't be made. Now I've ended up with multiple bookings and they charged me twice. And to top it off, their customer service is terrible - not even a refund in sight.
