I just bought some skincare stuff from Life and Looks, and to be honest, I'm super happy with everything. The website was easy to use and checking out was a breeze. My order came right on time, and the products were exactly what I wanted. The quality was on point, as usual. So, I ordered a few things but couldn't pick them up from the post office. I had to send them back untouched. I paid for the return shipping like they asked, but now they're not giving me a refund like they promised. Really? I get policies and all that, but c'mon, stick to your word!
