So, I ordered a few things but couldn't pick them up from the post office. I had to send them back untouched. I paid for the return shipping like they asked, but now they're not giving me a refund like they promised. Really? I get policies and all that, but c'mon, stick to your word!

I just bought this $100 romper from the store, eh, and wouldn't you know it, the zipper was busted! So I contacted their customer service to try and get a replacement, but after two weeks of going back and forth through emails, they just stopped replying. I was left with a faulty romper and no solution in sight. It's a real bummer how they dropped the ball on this, especially since that romper wasn't cheap, you know?
