VST Rack plugin, synths, compatibility issue, presets
I just bought this VST Rack plugin that has some amazing synths. But when I tried to use it, I ran into a problem with compatibility. I reached out to customer support, but didn't hear back from them for more than a week. Turns out, if you create racks during the 30-day free trial and then buy the Intro version, they might not work together. I had to transfer presets manually to fix it, which was a pain. Just a heads up that you might not get quick help with technical issues for this software, unlike other music software companies that have better customer service.

Beauty drop subscription renewal
I've been with the beauty drop service for a while now, and I've gotta say, they really came through for me recently.
