Antimicrobial supplements
I just bought some antimicrobial supplements from this provider and I gotta say, they didn't work as well as I had expected. But the real problem I have with this company is how they handle taxes. They charged me New York taxes when, according to the state's tax rules, these supplements shouldn't be taxed since they're considered food. When I brought this up, their customer service team gave me a bunch of irrelevant info about NY taxes instead of dealing with the real problem. It's just not right and it makes this company look bad.
