I just bought some prescription glasses from this company and I gotta say, I am super happy with them! They fit perfectly and the weight is just right. I might even get another pair soon.

I had a terrible customer service experience with this company recently that really made me mad and frustrated. The people I talked to were rude and didn't act professionally at all - they even hung up on me a bunch of times for no reason! I tried to talk to a manager about it, but I couldn't get through to anyone who could actually fix the problem. The customer service team just didn't seem to care about how I felt or helping me out. After all that, I decided the best thing to do was close my account with them.
