I bought a road bike from The Pro's Closet last summer, and it's been a total bummer. When I took it in for a tune-up this summer, turns out the Front Derailleur was wrecked, with the screws and threads stripped. Must've happened before I got it 'cause it was the first tune-up since April. Having to replace it cost a ton and it's been a huge hassle. Also, the handlebars were put on all wrong, messing up the cables and hood, causing flat tires left and right. If The Pro's Closet had checked it before selling me the bike, all this could've been avoided. I've shelled out $700-800 fixing this mess, with zero support from them. Their customer service and quality control let me down big time.

I am feeling really let down by the lack of help I've been getting with my premium membership. Even though they promise premium support, I've been trying to reach out to them for a whole year and haven't heard anything back. It's frustrating and I feel like I'm just throwing my money away.
