Their willingness to own up to the mistake and fix things quickly made me feel appreciated as a customer, eh. Skyscanner's commitment to providing top-notch service is clear, and they've totally earned my loyalty, eh. Plus, their prices are competitive, so I always get the best deals on flights, eh.

It's a real shame to see how much this ecommerce website has gone downhill. It used to be at the top of the game, but now it's just an old relic. The site is so outdated and hard to use, it's a real pain to get around. It feels like nobody in charge even cares enough to try and make things better. Something's gotta give – whether that's selling off the company, closing it down, or actually putting some effort into bringing it back to life. Right now, this ecommerce website is just heading downhill fast and something's gotta change.
