Soccer jersey
I just bought a soccer jersey from an online store, and I am super disappointed with how things went down. After waiting for three weeks, my order still hasn't shown up, even though they told me it was in stock and would be shipped right away. I had to contact customer service myself to ask what was up, and all they gave me was a fake tracking number that hasn't moved in a week. I tried calling customer service, but no one has even answered. It's not cool to promise quick service and then not come through. If they can't send my order, then they better give me a refund ASAP.

My time at the tax preparation service was absolutely awful. The person I spoke with said they could assist with my taxes, but they were clueless. I ended up owing a ton of money in taxes, only to find out later that the amount was wrong. June and Nancy, the agents, were unprofessional and didn't address my issues. It was a letdown and cost me a lot of money in the end.
