My experience with HexClad cookware has been amazing. I was really impressed with the quality and how durable their products are. The customer service was also top-notch. I had a problem with a loose screw in my 12-inch pan, so I reached out to file a warranty claim. Even though it was after hours, I got a quick response from the customer service team. They asked for more info and in just a few hours, my claim was sorted out and a new pan was on its way. I would definitely recommend this company for their great products and awesome customer service.

Defective App
Even though I was really excited to use this app, I was disappointed by how inconsistent it was. I made sure my phone was charged, calibrated it carefully, and even tried resetting it to fix any problems. But, unfortunately, the app didn't track my water intake accurately. I only got a couple of days of correct data before it started messing up again. This constant issue has left me feeling really let down and unsatisfied with how the app works.
