I just bought that Swiss Chocolate Drink from your store and let me tell you, it was not good at all. It tasted like overly sweet mud with hardly any cocoa flavor. As a Zagg customer, I had a frustrating experience trying to get a replacement screen cover with my lifetime warranty. A few years back, I bought a screen cover with a lifetime warranty, but found out they no longer had it for my phone model. I emailed Zagg, and they responded quickly saying they would sign me up for a different screen cover. When I tried to order it, I was surprised to see a charge on it. I sent follow-up emails but got no response, so I had to call customer service. After waiting in the queue for 45 minutes and getting disconnected, I finally spoke to someone. I was disappointed to learn that the glass cover I wanted was no longer made, and they offered me a plastic one with an extra charge for delivery ranging from £8-£10. Feeling let down, I decided not to buy the plastic screen protector and will look for a cheaper option locally. It's sad to see that the warranty I paid for didn't give me the service and quality I expected from Zagg.
