Currency and crypto bank
I really like how this bank lets you use both regular money and cryptocurrencies. It's so cool that you can pay with your card in one type of money, but it comes out of your crypto in the app. The rewards program is a nice bonus, giving you even more benefits. The Nexo coin growing in value just adds to the whole banking experience. But, one big downside is that other people can't transfer money to my IBAN, so I still have to use a regular bank for some payments. Plus, the bank doesn't support automatic payments for things like utilities, which can be annoying for people with a more settled life.

I bought something online and chose the regular shipping option, thinking it would show up in 5-8 business days. But it took way longer than expected, thanks to some big delays in the delivery. It was super annoying for me. I needed the product for a flight that was coming up soon, but because of the holdup from USPS, I couldn't use it. I get that delays happen sometimes that aren't the company's fault, but it was frustrating to wait so long without any info or updates about my order.
