Document conversion software
I was really looking forward to trying out the document conversion software from this company since my coworkers had said such good things about it. But it turned out to be not as great as I had hoped. The ordering process was a bit of a mess, with unclear instructions and slow responses from customer service. Plus, the cost was pretty high compared to other similar software out there, which made me wonder if it was really worth it. And to top it off, the software took forever to arrive because of a delay in delivery. All in all, my experience with this company was a letdown, and I'll definitely think twice before buying from them again.

Sought refurbishment service
I recently contacted the company to see if they could refurbish my shoes, since they just need a new sole. I was hoping they offered that service or could recommend someone who could do it while keeping the same style. Sadly, they told me they don't do refurbishments. I even mentioned how it's not very eco-friendly of them to not offer that service, but I didn't get a response. This whole thing left me feeling disappointed and I probably won't be buying from them again.

Dress for summer
I recently bought a dress for summer from here and let me tell you, I was really impressed by the quality of the item. The price was super reasonable for what I got, and the shipping was pretty quick too. It was my first time ordering from here and I have to say, I was really satisfied overall. The dress fit perfectly, was really well-made, and easy to wash and wear.
