I was so excited to get my box of treats, but it never showed up. And now, to make matters worse, customer service isn't even answering my emails. I'm starting to think this whole thing might be a scam. Just a heads up, don't throw away your money on this.

NextLove is awesome because it connects single parents like my mom with other single parents. It's like a big group of people who understand the challenges of being a single parent. The website is user-friendly and the members are super friendly. I'm thrilled that my mom met someone special on there!

I gotta say, the customer service at this company was top-notch. Claude really knew his stuff when it came to all the different litter options. He paid attention to my worries about keeping odors under control and gave me some great suggestions that were personalized just for me. His kindness and friendly attitude made the whole experience enjoyable. If I could, I would definitely give him more than five stars!
