Engraved necklace
I ordered a necklace online with some engraving, and I was so excited because they could do it all in one shot. When it came, it was exactly what I wanted and the engraving was spot on! I wear it every day and always get lots of compliments. I'll definitely be shopping with them again in the future!

Return and Refund Process
It's so annoying when you order something online and it's not what you hoped for. I had a recent experience with OnBuy, and let me tell you, getting a refund was not easy at all. Right when I realized the item I got wasn't right, I wanted to send it back. But the whole return process with OnBuy was a real headache. It took them like 4 or 5 days just to get back to me about my return request. I had to wait for the seller, then wait for OnBuy to step in, and then wait some more for a final decision. I was expecting a quick and simple return process, but unfortunately, that was definitely not the case with OnBuy.

Trip memory book
I thought creating my memory book would be a breeze, but it ended up being tougher than expected! I wanted to share all the exciting stories from my trip around Europe, not just photos. I mean, who wants to look at pictures without knowing the story behind them, right? So, I had to work extra hard to make sure my book was just right. And let me tell you, dealing with the blank spine situation was a real pain - not cool at all, man.
