I bought this handbag from a store not long ago, but I have to say, it's been a real letdown. I've been talking back and forth with their customer service since April 20th about my order, but I still haven't gotten it. The tracking info they gave me was wrong, saying it was delivered somewhere that isn't even close to my place. And on top of that, someone unknown supposedly got the package. I've tried to fix things, but no one from the company has been able to help me out at all.

Can you believe my sample got lost in the mail twice? What are the odds! But I've gotta give it to this company for being so organized and sending me new kits right away. And when the sample finally got to them, they processed it super quickly. It's like they were making up for lost time with how efficient they were.

I just wanted to share how great my experience was ordering my neon sign from this company. Monica, the team member I dealt with, was so helpful and quick to respond. She made sure all my questions were answered right away and that I got exactly what I wanted. Her awesome customer service really made me feel good about my purchase and I can't wait to get my new sign!
