The time I've had with the website and customer support has been so frustrating, eh. The website keeps crashing and freezing, making it basically impossible to do anything smoothly. I've had to contact customer support time and time again just to get my subscription re-activated because of all the errors and failures on the website. It's crazy to me that a company nowadays can have a website that works so poorly. My overall experience as a customer has been really disappointing and frustrating, to be honest with ya.
