I still haven't gotten my order and it's been a week since I ordered it. I even got an email asking me to rate my order before it even arrived, but there's still no tracking info. I'm pretty disappointed and frustrated by the lack of communication. I think when you order online, you should be able to expect better service and quicker delivery.

I gotta say, I was pretty impressed with how quick the company, especially the folks at Alibris, were to help me out. I wasn't too thrilled with the CD I got, but they wasted no time in giving me a refund, which just goes to show how much they care about keeping customers happy. And when I realized I missed out on using a coupon, Alibris stepped up and put the value right back in my account. I've been shopping with them for years now, and their knack for solving problems fast has only made me trust their service even more.
