Trying to move my websites from this company was a total disaster. They locked all my websites with the ICANN registrar by changing the registered owner, so I can't transfer them anywhere else. When I reached out to their "support" (which is just one person named Nick), he denied everything and even blocked my number so I couldn't get assistance. It's completely unacceptable!

I just bought a summer dress for a party in June from your online store. I gotta say, I was really impressed with the customer service I got. The staff was super helpful and really paid attention to what I needed, which made the whole shopping experience really fun and easy. I recently bought a laptop and software package from Microsoft Canada, and I have to say I was really let down by the whole experience. First off, ordering was a total headache. The website was hard to use, and I couldn't easily find what I was looking for. Plus, the prices were just too high for what I was getting. When I finally placed my order, I was hoping for better service, but that didn't happen. I contacted customer service for help, but they were not helpful and kinda rude. And when the package finally arrived, it took forever, and the laptop was damaged. Overall, I'm not happy with my purchase and I wouldn't recommend Microsoft Canada to anyone.
