I just bought the Copernic 6 software and I've been having some trouble with it searching properly. No matter what I do, it just can't seem to find my emails and files reliably. I contacted Copernic's customer service to get some help fixing the issue, because I've been happy with their other products before.

I was pretty bummed about how the credit system works on this site, eh. It's annoying to figure out that you need credits just to send a message, and then to realize that you gotta keep buying more if you wanna keep chatting with the same person. The pricing seems kinda sneaky and makes it tough to make connections without always shelling out dough, you know?
