Customer service is just terrible. The only way to get in touch is through chat, which takes forever. You have to wait around for thirty minutes just to hear back, and if you happen to miss the message, you gotta start from scratch. There's no email or phone support, which is beyond annoying. It's like they want you to spend a whole hour sorting out basic problems that their automated system can't handle.

Oh my gosh, I got these rings and they're just so pretty! I always struggle to find rings that fit because my fingers are on the bigger side, but the size 9 ones I got online fit like a glove! I used a ring size chart I found on the internet and it was spot on. These rings are delicate and adorable, exactly my style.
