I had a horrible time with this company. I ordered something and it came late. When I tried to return it, they gave me wrong info at first. The next time I tried, they ignored me and said no returns. Plus, they don't do next day shipping to Belgium. I'm not happy about it, that's for sure.

My experience with the security system I bought was really frustrating. I put a lot of money into getting it and setting it up, but then the NVR's motherboard gave out after only two years. I tried reaching out to the company in different ways, but I didn't get a good answer about getting it fixed. They just wanted me to buy a new one with a small discount. I was not happy with the quality of the product or how they treated me as a customer.
