I was totally pumped to give that balcony garden kit a shot, but man, did I hit a few bumps in the road. The rosemary, arugula, and lettuce seeds just refused to do their thing, no matter how closely I followed the instructions. It was a total bummer and had me thinking maybe growing my own herbs and veggies wasn't meant to be.

But then, the customer service team swooped in and saved the day! They were super helpful and pointed me towards plants that could handle the scorching hot 31°C temperature on my balcony. To top it off, they even hooked me up with some chili pepper and cherry tomato seeds to give it another go. That was a pretty sweet move, if you ask me.

I placed an order on September 20th for two dresses, eh? The website said they'd ship in 3 days, but now it's the 29th and I still don't have them. I've tried getting in touch with customer service a bunch of times, but they seem to be ignoring me. I even used their contact form, but all I got back were generic responses. I feel like they just took my money and ran without planning to send my stuff. It's frustrating and disappointing, eh.

I just bought some new clothes from this store and gotta say, their customer service is top-notch. They don't always have exactly what I want, but their commitment to great service sets them apart from other fast fashion brands. And I really like that they use sustainable packaging, it shows they care about the environment.
