I just bought a pair of size 25 high-waisted shorts from this store. But when I got them, they were a bit smaller than I expected. Even though I measured myself and used their size chart, the shorts were a bit tight. I emailed customer service to ask about exchanging them, but didn't hear back. So, I messaged their Instagram as a last resort. Tara from customer service replied quickly and was amazing! She answered all my questions and said they would process the exchange once they got the item back. As a new customer, I was really impressed with this great service. Tara really went above and beyond. Now I can't wait for my new shorts to arrive, hoping they fit better this time. Despite this small issue, I have to say I love the quality of the shorts. They are definitely better than what you usually find at places like Pac Sun or Levi's.

I ordered two cycling jackets. One of them fit perfectly, but the other one was too big so I had to exchange it for a smaller size. I reached out to customer service and they got back to me quickly. Overall, I would recommend them.
