I was so pumped to give those new performance shoes a try with the BOA closure system, but man, what a hassle it was to order them. The website kept messing up, and it felt like forever to actually buy them. When I finally got my shoes, they were too small even though I ordered my regular size. I tried contacting customer service for an exchange, but they were slow and not very helpful. The prices were okay, but the delivery took forever, like weeks delayed. All in all, super disappointing experience.

It's so nice to be able to chill out and relax in a cozy spot before hopping on my flight. Whether I'm in a little town or a big city, I know I can always find a lounge to escape the craziness of the airport. Paying for the membership is totally worth it for the peace of mind and comfort it gives me on my trips.

I just bought a toner for my printer and man, the price was so high it gave me a shock. I've been a loyal customer for over 20 years and it's disappointing to see this company using such sneaky tactics to jack up the prices. Not only are the toners expensive, but they've also made it tricky to use cheaper options by putting chips in their products. The toner didn't last as long as they said it would and it's frustrating that there's not enough customer service to help with these problems. I'm thinking of switching to a different printer brand because of all these issues.
