I bought an engagement ring from this company back in June 2023. The sales team was nice and all, but the ring itself has been causing a lot of issues. We've had to send it in for repairs twice within a few months, and each time it takes at least 4 weeks to get it fixed. Even though my partner has been super careful with it, the accent diamonds keep falling out, and now the main diamond is loose too.
