Downloading software
I find downloading stuff with this software to be super annoying. Every time I want to get a file, they keep asking for money which makes it hard to actually get what I want. It's frustrating to always have to pay for something that should be easy to get for free. Because of this, I'm thinking about trying other ways to download files.<br><br>Overall, using this software to download things has been a letdown. I feel like they're always trying to make me pay, and it just makes the software harder to use.

This company is amazing to work with, eh. I just bought a wireless vibrator and ran into a charging problem, you know. The customer service team, especially Phillipa, was so helpful and understanding, it was awesome. I told them my problem and they sent me a replacement right away, no questions asked. I really liked how fast they acted and how they listened to my concerns, you know. The wireless vibrator itself is top-notch and gives a great experience. Overall, I totally recommend this company for their great products and awesome customer service, eh.
