I've bought a bunch of stuff from this online shop and most of it was good. The things I got were good quality and what I expected. But there was this one thing that had a problem and that's when things got rough. Trying to get help from customer service was tough 'cause I couldn't figure out how to reach them. On top of that, talking to them was a bit of a headache, making the whole thing pretty annoying. But after a lot of back and forth, I finally got my problem sorted out in the end.

I'm really frustrated with my recent online shopping experience for clothes. I placed an order, paid for it, but never got my stuff. The customer service folks say they tried to deliver it but couldn't, so it got sent back. Now they want me to pay extra to some sketchy PayPal account for another delivery. All I really want now is a refund of $108 AUD.

Logical educational game tool
I recently bought this cool educational game thing and I was really impressed with all the different brain games it had. It had puzzles, riddles, math problems, and brain teasers that really made me think. I liked that I could pick the difficulty level that matched my skills. The graphics and how easy it was to use also looked great. In general, I thought it was a fun way to learn and challenge myself, definitely worth it for improving my brain skills.

Incorrect Size Received
I'm really bummed out about my recent purchase from this company. I thought I was getting a size 10, but turns out they sent me a used and repacked size 12 instead. And then when I tried to get a replacement, they totally ignored me. I've never dealt with such terrible customer service like this before. It's just not right for a company to mess up an order and then not even try to fix it. So, I had to go through my credit card company to get my money back. This whole situation has been a complete nightmare.
