The checkout experience on this website was super frustrating and confusing, eh? I think they ended up charging my card twice for my order, and the case I wanted disappeared from my cart out of nowhere. It made me start the whole ordering process from scratch. Although the case itself is good quality, the whole situation was not great. I've used this site before and never had problems like this, so I was pretty let down, eh?

Even though I've been with them for many years, I was treated poorly. It's frustrating to see how new customers get all the good deals while loyal ones like me get the short end of the stick. I was shocked at first, but when I called a second time and got the same answer, I realized I had no other option but to change providers. I just hope the switch goes smoothly, but now I'll be seen as a new customer to them. It's sad to see how the company's policies have shifted, and I can't stand behind this new direction.
