Backpack purchase
Eh, the backpack I bought is top-notch, eh. It's super well-made and can really take a beating, eh. The folks in customer service were awesome too, eh. They were so nice and really went out of their way to help me, eh. When I was picking out a strap for my backpack, they sent me an extra pair just to make sure I got the right one, eh. I'm super happy with my purchase and totally recommend this company and their stuff, eh. I'll definitely be coming back for more, eh.

Amazing customer service
I had a bit of trouble with the carrier losing part of my package when I was trying to return it, eh. But let me tell ya, the customer service reps really went the extra mile to make things right. Marie, Anna, and Helena made sure to keep me in the loop the whole time and made sure I knew they were on it. Their communication was top-notch and I gotta say, I'm really pleased with how they fixed the issue. Those gals are truly amazing!
