I gotta say, I was super happy with the customer service rep I talked to. He really listened, was empathetic, and seemed like he actually wanted to help me solve my problem. He asked all the right questions to really get what was going on and then boom, he fixed it in no time. I'm super grateful for the help I got.

I bought a medical mask from this place recently and I was really let down by the quality. The mask didn't fit well around my nose at all, which is super important when it comes to wearing a mask during a pandemic. I've had COVID in the past, so I understand how crucial it is to have a mask that fits right to keep me and others safe. I was really bummed out by the lack of care in making sure the masks actually work.
