I was really disappointed that I couldn't get my DNA test done, but the team I talked to was so friendly! They did everything they could to assist me, and eventually, they refunded my money. I really wanted to do the test, but I appreciate the support I got from the team. Thank you, guys!

I wanted to help clean up my neighborhood, so I went online to sign up for a cleanup event. But man, the website was so frustrating! Every time I tried to do something, I got logged out. I had to keep logging back in over and over again. It was the most annoying website I've ever used!
