It would be helpful to figure out why these issues come up, but without clear answers, I assume it's the service provider's fault. Despite these challenges, I still think the service is okay, but it's important to always plan in advance just in case there are any unexpected delays.

I got this really awesome metal puzzle and it was so much fun to figure out! The pieces were so tricky, but it felt really satisfying when I finally solved it. I'm excited to try more puzzles from them!
