I just bought a size 10 mini dress from this online store, thinking it would fit snug since I normally wear a size 12. But when the dress came, it was way too big on me, like a parachute! When I contacted their customer service to ask for an exchange or refund, the reply I got was so rude and snooty. I had to shell out more money to get the dress fixed so it would look right on me. It was such a hassle and letdown. I wouldn't suggest buying from here if you care about good customer service and correct sizing.

These pieces are absolutely stunning and get so many compliments! But, the customer service is a bit lacking and the shipping options are limited, which takes away from the overall experience. The quality is amazing, but trying to talk to customer service is like hitting a dead end. It's frustrating not being able to easily get help moving heavy items into my home.
