I just bought some new outdoor gear on this website. I placed three orders, and the first two were fine, but the third one caused me some worry because I didn't get a confirmation. Luckily, I was able to get in touch with a lady named Dorota from customer service. She was super helpful and sorted out my issue quickly. The stuff I got is awesome, and the website is easy to use.

I ordered 6 bottles of 2018 Chateau Beychevelle, but I ended up getting 6 bottles of Aspirant De Beychevelle instead. I'm not pleased with the cheaper substitution and the fact that there hasn't been any response from customer service to fix this mistake.

I decided to take a chance and buy the Madeline knee-high boots before going on a big trip, and I have to say, I'm really happy I did! These boots were not only super comfy for long walks, but they also held up really well in bad weather. I was amazed at how they kept my feet dry and warm during cold, rainy, and snowy days in Seoul. Even after all that, the boots still look brand new and kept looking great on my legs. I am definitely a fan of this brand's shoes now!
