Carry-on bag with ripped cinch strap
I just went on my first trip with the carry-on bag I bought, and unfortunately, one of the cinch straps for the closet ripped right out of the top. However, the customer service team was really quick to address my concerns and they're sending a replacement. Even though I couldn't use the strap, I still managed to make good use of the closet feature during my trip. I'm happy with the quality of the suitcase overall. I hope the replacement comes soon and that this issue was just a one-time thing.

Monthly subscription cancellation issue
I had a problem with my monthly subscription to this service where I thought I cancelled after the trial, but I kept getting charged. I emailed customer support and they got back to me real quick. They fixed the issue fast and even gave me a refund for the last 2 months. It was way better than other customer service I've dealt with lately, that's for sure.

Online booking experience
I had such a hard time trying to book something online using their website. The part where you have to pick your options was so confusing and didn't make any sense. You had to fill in every single option, even if you didn't want them, just to add it to your cart. It was such a mess and I had no clue what to do. And when I looked for help, the 'Help' section was useless. I wanted to call or chat with someone for help, but there was no phone number or Live Chat available. It was such a frustrating experience.

As a dog owner, I always want to find good, natural stuff for my furry buddy. I decided to give BoxDog's dog treat subscription box a try, and I gotta say, I'm pretty happy with it. Stunning ring
