I just went on my first trip with the carry-on bag I bought, and unfortunately, one of the cinch straps for the closet ripped right out of the top. However, the customer service team was really quick to address my concerns and they're sending a replacement. Even though I couldn't use the strap, I still managed to make good use of the closet feature during my trip. I'm happy with the quality of the suitcase overall. I hope the replacement comes soon and that this issue was just a one-time thing.
