I recently bought a classy old-school item from Vestiaire Collective. Sadly, dealing with their customer service left me feeling pretty let down. I tried to sell something, but they wouldn't let me because I didn't have the original receipt, even though all the right serial numbers were there. It's annoying to deal with such rigid rules when it comes to selling vintage fancy stuff. So, I just decided to ditch my account and find other places to buy and sell these items.
