Emergency medical and travel assistance
I just signed up for a membership with this company, and I gotta say, the service I've gotten so far has been top-notch. The help they offer for medical emergencies is excellent, and it's a huge relief to know I have that support when I'm on the road. The personal assistance services have been super helpful too, and the staff have been really professional and quick to respond to all my questions.

Flight booking experience
My experience with this travel agency has been a total nightmare. I booked a flight back in September 2021, planning to travel in November and December of that year with a well-known airline. But then, due to all the travel restrictions popping up because of the pandemic, I had to cancel my flight. When I first booked, there were no restrictions in place yet. They gave me credits for the canceled flight, but things got messy when I tried to use those credits to book a new flight in May 2022. CheapOair linked me up with the airline, but they didn't want to help because I booked through the agency. Fast-forward to this year (2023), and the struggle continues. I've been bounced around from one department to another, and nobody can give me a decent solution. One customer service rep even told me to consider booking with a different airline that might be cheaper, basically telling me to forget about my credits. It's so frustrating to not be able to book a flight, not being able to use those credits for any other trips, and not being offered a refund. Essentially, the agency is asking me to say goodbye to $790 in credits. I don't know who else to turn to about this problem.

I got this awesome t-shirt, hoodie, and sweatpants from here and they are seriously amazing! The colors are so cool, and the fabric is really comfy. I feel super confident when I wear them. The designs are awesome and give me a stylish look. I'm so excited to show them off to all my friends at school. Thanks to SikSilk, I'm gonna be the coolest kid in town!
