Lost order, unhelpful, shady
I had a really bad experience with this company recently. They lost my order and when I asked for help, they were no help at all. They wouldn't send my order again or give me a refund, and they even tried blaming me for their mistake of mailing it instead of using UPS. Dealing with their customer service was frustrating, and I would warn anyone thinking of ordering from them to watch out for the shady stuff I dealt with.

Gift shirt
I ordered a shirt for a gift thinking I had lots of time to get it, but I was wrong! Even though it took weeks to get ready to be shipped, I couldn't cancel the order within 2 hours of placing it. They don't work on weekends, so the estimate for shipping days only counts business days. They don't clearly say this when you buy it - you have to dig in their FAQ page to find it. Now I'm stuck with a shirt we don't want, with a big decal ironed on that makes it uncomfortable to wear.
