After using it for 3 years, I started having problems with the container. I called customer service and got a replacement under warranty. But then, after 9 months, the replacement container also had issues, which made me really unhappy with the product. The customer service rep, Vicki, didn't admit that there was anything wrong with the product, which made the whole experience pretty disappointing.

Oh man, what a pain! I bought these two outdoor reclining lounge chairs and it was such a struggle. The first chair was a disaster to put together - that last bolt just would not cooperate.
