Diamond necklace
I just bought a diamond necklace from this brand and I'm super happy with it. The diamonds are top-notch and the design is so well done. The necklace is gorgeous and I've gotten lots of compliments on it. The customer service was amazing too, the staff knew their stuff and helped me pick out the perfect piece. Overall, I had a great shopping experience with this brand and I totally suggest it to anyone wanting some fancy jewellery.

Dress return chaos
I was so frustrated with the return process from this company, eh. The return portal was down for over a week, and when I contacted customer support, all I got was a standard reply saying they would send a return label once the portal was back up. It was a total nightmare trying to get a simple return processed, and I felt like they weren't taking my concerns seriously. Plus, they didn't mention that the dresses ship from China when I bought them, so the delivery took longer than I thought. Overall, it was a disappointing experience that I hope I don't have to go through again.

Laptop bag size disappointment
I was pretty bummed out when I got the bag because it didn't fit my work laptop, which is 14 inches. The description didn't say anything about what size it could hold, so I was surprised to find out it only fits a 13-inch Mac. The bag looks really nice and seems well-made, but it just doesn't work for me.
