I was so frustrated with the return process from this company, eh. The return portal was down for over a week, and when I contacted customer support, all I got was a standard reply saying they would send a return label once the portal was back up. It was a total nightmare trying to get a simple return processed, and I felt like they weren't taking my concerns seriously. Plus, they didn't mention that the dresses ship from China when I bought them, so the delivery took longer than I thought. Overall, it was a disappointing experience that I hope I don't have to go through again.

I was pretty bummed out when I got the bag because it didn't fit my work laptop, which is 14 inches. The description didn't say anything about what size it could hold, so I was surprised to find out it only fits a 13-inch Mac.
