Thigh-high stockings
I was really bummed about the thigh-high stockings I bought recently. They cost too much and they ripped on the first day I wore them. When I tried to get help from customer service, they weren't helpful at all. My whole experience with the stockings and customer service was pretty disappointing.

Subscription cancellation difficulty
Oh, this company is just brutal. When I wanted to cancel my subscription, there was no way to do it online, ugh. I had to actually call them up, and even then it was a pain. Ended up having to cancel my credit card just to make sure I got out of that subscription. Beyond awful customer service and shady business stuff. Do yourself a favor and check out Garmin inreach instead for a much nicer experience and better hardware.

Container transportation service
I just booked a shipping container service with hopes everything would go smoothly, but it turned out to be a big letdown. I live in a gated community that needs drivers to show their ID at the gate. I told the company about this, and they said it wouldn't be a problem. However, when the driver got here, he didn't want to show his ID and got into a heated argument with the security company. I ended up having to cancel the service and now have to pay an extra $1,000 for a last-minute hotel while moving across the country.
