Don't bother spending extra on the optional insurance this company pushes. The prices are already jacked up, covering for any potential loss, so the extra insurance is just a waste. If you skip it and your stuff goes missing, too bad - they won't lift a finger to help. Plus, on top of all that, they ship through FedEx and you gotta fork out for that too. And if something goes wrong in transit, tough luck, they'll just pass the buck to FedEx. What a disaster!

I just booked a rental SUV Ford Bronco or similar 4WD vehicle online with Klook. But when I went to pick it up, I was surprised to find out they gave me a small 2WD Chevy Trailblazer instead. I was bummed out because I paid extra for a bigger, nicer vehicle. And to top it off, the car was dirty, full of cockroaches, and even had mold on the seat belts. I tried talking to the staff and the help center, but they didn't take any responsibility.

I've been shopping at this store for years and I gotta say, it's always been super easy to order from them. The stuff they sell is really good quality and you can't beat the prices. I definitely suggest checking them out if you haven't already.
